Postage & Delivery

Buyers get postage for free

If you're a buyer, then postage is free! We ask the seller to pay the postage on their gift cards. It's the sellers responsibility to ensure the buyer receive the card they purchased.

We ask sellers to send cards to buyers within 5 working days. Super!

Don't just pop em' in the post

GCC advises using Royal Mail Recorded Sign For™. This service provides proof of posting and an electronic confirmation of delivery. Recorded Signed For™ costs just 75p plus First or Second Class postage. So to post your giftcard via 1st class will cost £1.14, or £1.05 for second class.

If would would like the extra security of guaranteeing the contents of the package (recommended for larger amounts) it is advisable to use Royal Mails Special Delivery™ Next Day which costs from £4.95 and provides online tracking and an electronic confirmation of delivery.
